President Pezeshkian embarked on his official visit to Qatar, invited by Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. He will participate in the 19th Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Summit in Doha.
The purpose of the visit is to discuss economic, social, cultural, and investment issues with Qatar, as well as signing memoranda of understanding. Regional cooperation and the challenging situation in the Middle East will also be on the agenda.
President Pezeshkian will address Israel’s violations and urge unity among Asian countries in response. He emphasized that stopping Zionist crimes is crucial to prevent further turmoil in the region.
The ACD Summit, comprising 35 Asian nations, focuses on promoting dialogue and cooperation. President Pezeshkian aims to foster unity and deter external interference in the Middle East through discussions with high-ranking officials.
