Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s political survival seemed in jeopardy after a deadly attack by Hamas on October 7, the deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust. The attack led to a significant drop in Likud party’s popularity, putting the government’s future at risk.

However, Netanyahu staged a remarkable comeback through aggressive military actions, including airstrikes and assassinations. Recent polls indicate a rise in Likud’s support, making it the largest party in the country.

Despite criticism, Netanyahu’s strategic moves, such as appointing Gideon Sa’ar, have helped him maintain control and navigate political challenges in the midst of escalating conflicts in Gaza, Lebanon, and Yemen.
