Israeli Airstrikes Kill Dozens in Southern Lebanon
The Israeli military continues its deadly assaults on southern Lebanon, resulting in the death of several individuals. The recent strike in the town of Daoudiya claimed the lives of at least 10 people from the Diab family, with five others injured. Additionally, an airstrike in the Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp resulted in the deaths of five individuals.
Reports suggest that the attacks targeted prominent figures, including the leader of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades. Despite these attempts, a Palestinian source confirmed the failure of the assassination.
This wave of violence follows the assassination of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, in southern Beirut. Hezbollah has retaliated against Israel and vowed to continue the fight until the Gaza conflict ends.
