The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) retaliated against the assassination of key figures in the Palestinian territories, targeting military bases in response to the deaths of Ismail Haniyeh, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and Major General Haj Abbas Nilforoushan.
The IRGC successfully hit strategic locations with ballistic missiles, including bases housing F-35 and F-15 aircraft, disrupting Israeli defenses. Despite advanced systems, 90% of the strikes hit their targets, showcasing Iran’s intelligence and operational prowess. Radar systems directing missile defenses were also destroyed in the attack.
The strikes in Israel reportedly caused disruptions in train services, as confirmed by Hezbollah leaders. The Israeli missile interceptions were deemed inadequate in the face of the IRGC’s precision strikes.
