Pashinyan stressed the significance of making digital processes practical, modern, and useful for citizens and businesses, rather than mere imitations.
The Armenian PM discussed the necessity of trustworthy data storage to ensure transparency in public services and facilitate partnerships between citizens, businesses, and state bodies. This system would enable easy access to legal data while adhering to security regulations and national data processing laws.
Pashinyan also envisioned a future where digitization would enhance people’s freedom of movement and right to work by simplifying transnational commerce and tax payments. He described a scenario where information about goods could be tracked across borders, showcasing the potential of digitalization.
