The Association of Mega Filling Station Owners of Nigeria is advocating for a stronger partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited to provide affordable fuel to the grassroots. The president, Davidson Ukatta, highlighted the presence of their filling stations in all 774 local government headquarters, ensuring easy access to petroleum products at lower rates nationwide.
The Association emphasized the importance of collaboration with NNPC and other stakeholders to deliver cheaper fuel to the public. As the only group capable of supporting NNPC in achieving its goals, AMFSON is well-equipped to drive the policy behind the establishment of NNPC Retail Limited.
With the recent opening of their national secretariat in Abuja, AMFSON is now positioned to better serve its members and the public. The relocation marks a new era for the association, enabling them to meet the diverse needs of their stakeholders efficiently.
