Largest Iranian Trade Center opens in Armenia

The Iranian Trade Center was officially opened in Yerevan on September 30, with the presence of Iranian Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade Mohammad Atabak. The inauguration of the center signifies the deep friendship between Armenia and Iran, as stated by Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Mehdi Sobhani.

The main objective of the trade center is to strengthen the trade and economic relations between the two countries. With an increasing trade turnover between Armenia and Iran, the center is expected to further enhance economic cooperation. Ambassador Sobhani expressed Iran’s commitment to maximizing the potential for mutually beneficial partnerships across various sectors.

Highlighting the strong political will of both countries’ leaders to expand cooperation, Sobhani emphasized the goal of achieving a trade turnover of three billion dollars. He also extended gratitude to the Armenian government for creating favorable conditions for Iranian companies in Armenia.
