Hezbollah Vows to Defend Lebanon Against Israeli Aggression
Hezbollah’s deputy leader Naim Qassem, in response to the recent assassination of the group’s chief Hassan Nasrallah by Israel, declared that Hezbollah is prepared to confront any Israeli ground invasion of Lebanon. Qassem emphasized that Israel will not achieve its goals and that Hezbollah is ready to face any possibility with its resistance forces.

Additionally, Qassem claimed that Hezbollah has struck targets deep inside Israel and reassured that the organization is well-prepared with deputy commanders and replacements for injured leaders. Lebanon’s caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati expressed readiness to deploy the army to the border with Israel and called for an immediate cease-fire. The situation remains tense as the country braces for further escalation.
