Hezbollah Vows to Defend Lebanon Against Israeli Aggression

Hezbollah’s deputy leader Naim Qassem, in response to the recent assassination of the group’s chief Hassan Nasrallah by Israel, declared that Hezbollah is prepared to confront any Israeli ground invasion of Lebanon. Qassem emphasized that Israel will not achieve its goals and that Hezbollah is ready to face any possibility with its resistance forces.

Qassem accused the United States of supporting Israel in carrying out the attacks and threatened that Hezbollah will emerge victorious from the battle. He highlighted Hezbollah’s commitment to its objectives and jihad, reaffirming support for Gaza and Palestine.

Additionally, Qassem claimed that Hezbollah has struck targets deep inside Israel and reassured that the organization is well-prepared with deputy commanders and replacements for injured leaders. The ongoing conflict has seen significant casualties in Lebanon, with concerns rising about the possibility of an Israeli ground invasion.

Lebanon’s caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati expressed readiness to deploy the army to the border with Israel and called for an immediate cease-fire. The situation remains tense as the country braces for further escalation.

Amidst the chaos and uncertainty, the people of Lebanon hope for peace and safety in the midst of the conflict.
