Hezbollah Strikes Israeli Targets in Solidarity with Palestinians
Hezbollah, Lebanon’s resistance movement, launched retaliatory attacks on Israeli military positions in support of Palestinians in Gaza. The Islamic Resistance targeted Israeli sites with artillery shells and Fadi-1 missiles, as well as drone strikes. Israeli settlements and the city of Safed were also hit in response to Israeli violations against Lebanese towns and civilians.
These attacks come after Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon, resulting in numerous casualties. The solidarity with Palestinians began after Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza in 2023. Hezbollah’s leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, was martyred in the conflict, highlighting the ongoing violence between the two sides.
