Andrii Sybigma to visit Hungary on September 30th

In a bid to strengthen diplomatic ties, Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sibiha is set to visit Hungary for a working visit on Monday, September 30. During his visit, Sibiha will meet with his Hungarian counterpart, Peter Szijjarto, to discuss various issues, including the development of neighborly relations, joint projects in economics and border infrastructure, protection of national minority rights, Ukraine’s aspirations to join NATO and the EU, and the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine.

Following their discussions, both ministers will address the press to provide insights into the outcomes of their meeting. This visit to Hungary, mandated by the president, is part of Sibiha’s regional tour since taking office. Recently, Sibiha also visited Romania, where he met with Romanian Foreign Minister Luminita Odobescu and Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu. He then proceeded to Slovakia for talks with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico. Sibiha’s diplomatic efforts underscore Ukraine’s commitment to fostering strong partnerships with its neighboring countries, paving the way for regional stability and cooperation.
