In a disturbing turn of events in Aqaba, north of Tubas, six young men were shot by Israeli occupation forces. While five of the injured were rushed to the Turkish government hospital, one individual remains in critical condition. Adding insult to injury, one of the injured men was arrested while receiving medical treatment.
The forces also conducted a raid on the home of Qutaiba al-Shawish, a recently freed prisoner. Al-Shawish was attacked by police dogs and ultimately arrested, while his wife and mother were briefly detained in an attempt to pressure him into surrendering.
