Gaza Under Attack: Six Palestinians Killed in Israeli Airstrikes
Six Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Sunday as Israeli airstrikes targeted residential homes in various areas across the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources. The attacks resulted in casualties in different locations, including the Al-Qassam cemetery in the Nuseirat refugee camp, the New Camp area, Deir al-Balah, and Gaza City.
Despite a UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate cease-fire, Israel has continued its brutal offensive on Gaza since last year’s attack by Hamas. The ongoing violence has claimed the lives of nearly 40,600 people, with the majority being women and children, and injured over 96,200 individuals.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has accused Israel of genocide and ordered it to halt its military operations in Gaza. The situation remains dire as the Palestinian population continues to suffer the consequences of the conflict.
