Iranian Foreign Minister predicts Israel’s demise in West Asia after the assassination of Hezbollah leader
During his visit to New York for the UN General Assembly, Abbas Araghchi condemned the assassination of Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah by Israel, stating that it will only strengthen Hezbollah’s resolve. Araghchi expressed his belief that Israel’s actions in Gaza and Lebanon will lead to its downfall in the region, ensuring it will never see peace.
He also criticized the United States for its involvement in the assassination and the UN Security Council’s lack of action. Nasrallah’s assassination came after weeks of escalating violence between Hezbollah and Israel, resulting in numerous casualties in Lebanon. Despite the loss, Hezbollah has vowed to continue its fight against Israel, supporting Gaza and Palestine while defending Lebanon.
