Good news emerged in Imphal as one of the three missing youths, N Johnson Singh, was rescued while on their way to a recruitment test for central forces. Unfortunately, Th. Thoithoiba Singh and O Thoithoi Singh are still missing, and efforts are ongoing to locate them.
The trio got lost on their way to the SSC GD recruitment test, mistakenly ending up in Kuki-dominated Kangpokpi district. A viral video of the missing youths pleading for help surfaced, prompting a response from Chief Minister N Biren Singh.
The Chief Minister convened a meeting with both ruling and opposition legislators to address the situation and ensure the safe return of the abducted youths. A Joint Action Committee was formed during a public meeting, submitting a memorandum to the Chief Minister for immediate action.
Imphal continues to unite in efforts to bring back the missing youths, showing solidarity and determination for their safe return.
