Manhunt for suspects in farmer’s murder in Northern Cape

Tragedy struck in the Northern Cape as 81-year-old farmer, Hendrick Venter, was found murdered at the gate of a neighbouring farm. Venter had left his farm to visit cattle posts but was later discovered with head wounds and a missing sum of money. The Northern Cape police launched a search for the suspects, activating a 72-hour plan that involved various units from Kuruman.

Three suspects were tracked near Hotazel, leading to the arrest of one individual. However, four suspects are still at large, prompting continued efforts by the police to locate them.
