Yemeni armed forces launch ballistic missile attack on Israel
Israeli media reported a ballistic missile attack on the occupied territories launched by the Yemeni armed forces. Sirens were heard near Tel Aviv as one missile was intercepted by the ‘Arrow’ Aerial Defense System. About 2 million settlers sought shelter, with 20 Israelis injured in the process. Ben-Gurion Airport operations were suspended, awaiting an official statement from the Yemeni Army.
Senior Yemeni sources dismissed the Israeli narrative, urging patience for the armed forces’ statement. The delayed report is expected to provide details of a precise operation targeting multiple locations, including Yaffa. The attack followed Ansarullah’s leader’s declaration of support for Lebanon and Hezbollah against Israeli aggression, emphasizing solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza.
