Sindh CM Allocates Land for SITE Karachi Phase-III and Nooriabad Industrial Estate-Phase III

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah announced the allocation of land for the establishment of SITE Karachi Phase-III and Nooriabad Industrial Estate-Phase III during the Annual Dinner-2024 program hosted by KATI. The government has allotted 2000 acres of land in Keamari and Gabo Pat for SITE Karachi Phase-III, with infrastructure development underway, while the Nooriabad Phase III Industrial Estate spans 1150 acres under the Private Sector.

The CM emphasized the promotion of industrialization and economic growth in the province, particularly in the Korangi Industrial Area, a crucial hub for manufacturing and exports. Infrastructure upgrades, including road networks and drainage systems, are being implemented to facilitate transportation and mitigate flooding risks. The government has also allocated funds for infrastructure development in industrial zones, including KATI, to support businesses.

Moreover, initiatives like the construction of Malir Expressway and the Karachi Port Terminal-Jam Sadiq Bridge expressway aim to address traffic congestion and improve connectivity. Environmental sustainability efforts, such as the Clean and Green Campaign, are being pursued to manage waste, enhance air quality, and reduce industrial pollution in the Korangi area for long-term growth.
