Nasser Kan’ani has vehemently denied the recent accusations made against Iran, labeling them as “ridiculous and totally baseless.” He dismissed the claims as part of the US electoral agenda, aimed at serving specific political objectives with no credible merit.
Kan’ani emphasized that the US government cannot evade international responsibility for aiding and abetting the Zionist regime in committing numerous atrocities in Palestine and Lebanon by deflecting attention towards Iran through false accusations. He warned that global public opinion holds the US regime and its officials accountable for these humanitarian disasters.
Despite the US government’s “ridiculous and groundless” claims, Kan’ani asserted that Tehran remains resolute in seeking legal and international justice against those responsible for crimes against the Iranian people. He stressed that criminals will not escape punishment, regardless of the statute of limitations.
These statements follow US Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s remarks on tracking Iranian threats against American officials, including former President Donald Trump and members of the current administration under President Joe Biden.
