Israel boasts one of the most powerful and sophisticated armies globally, which includes nuclear weapons. With nearly 170,000 active soldiers and 465,000 reservists, Israel’s military strength is vast compared to its population of 10 million. Fighters

Hezbollah, on the other hand, has around 30,000 active fighters and up to 20,000 reserves. With experience in guerrilla warfare and urban combat, Hezbollah’s forces are well-trained and motivated to defend their land.

Rockets, Missiles, and Tanks

Hezbollah possesses between 120,000 and 200,000 rockets and missiles, with some capable of hitting targets across Israel. The militia also has access to Russian tanks and drones supplied by Iran.

Anti-Tank Missiles and Anti-Aircraft Defense

Hezbollah utilizes anti-tank missiles and anti-aircraft systems to counter Israeli tanks and aircraft. While not on par with Israel’s air superiority, Hezbollah’s defense capabilities are not to be underestimated.

Geography and Tunnels

Hezbollah militants are well-versed in the rugged terrain of southern Lebanon, utilizing tunnels and bunkers for strategic advantage. This network poses challenges for Israeli ground forces.
