Israel continues to flout a UN Security Council resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Israel’s relentless bombing campaign in Gaza has resulted in at least 53 Palestinian casualties in the last 24 hours, as reported by Al-Jazeera. Tragically, a mother and her five children were among the victims, highlighting the devastating impact on innocent civilians.
The indiscriminate attacks have also led to the destruction of residential buildings and displacement of thousands of Palestinians. The ongoing violence, in defiance of international calls for a ceasefire, has sparked widespread condemnation.
Despite mounting casualties and displacement, Israel shows no signs of easing its offensive, deepening the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The conflict has left thousands dead or wounded, with many more missing or presumed dead, underscoring the urgent need for intervention and peace.
