Recently, Lebanon has been facing a devastating situation due to Israeli airstrikes that have resulted in a high number of casualties. Reports reveal that 51 people have lost their lives and 223 others have been injured in the attacks. The Lebanese government has set up a crisis cell to assist more than 50,000 displaced individuals, mainly from southern Lebanon. Many villages have been destroyed, leading to a massive wave of displacement.

According to the International Organization for Migration, over 90,000 people have been displaced, with 40,000 currently seeking refuge in shelters. The Environment Minister disclosed that the death toll has reached 1,247, with 5,278 individuals sustaining injuries. Sadly, most of the victims are innocent civilians, including children and women.

As the situation intensifies, Lebanon continues to seek assistance and support to cope with the ongoing crisis caused by the Israeli attacks.
