Exciting news from BAKU, Azerbaijan! Two new mechanical demining machines, produced locally by the “Improtex Industry” Group of Companies, are set to aid in humanitarian demining operations in the recently liberated territories. These machines, named “Revival P” and “Revival T”, were generously donated by “Agro Dairy”, a prominent agricultural company in Azerbaijan. The handover ceremony took place at the 5th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition “ADEX 2024” at the Baku Expo Center.
The event was attended by key figures from ANAMA, “Improtex Industry”, and “Agro Dairy”, showcasing the commitment to clearing the liberated areas of landmines and unexploded ordnance. The ceremony also included a visit to ANAMA’s booth, where guests learned about demining activities, statistics, and equipment used in real-time demonstrations.
The formal execution of the delivery certificates marked the successful transfer of the demining machines to ANAMA. This significant contribution to mine action efforts in Azerbaijan demonstrates the country’s dedication to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
