Ondo PDP to Ganduje: No Intimidation Allowed

Defiance Against Intimidation: Ondo PDP Responds to Ganduje’s Threats

The People’s Democratic Party in Ondo state has boldly declared that they will not be intimidated by the threats made by the national chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje. In response to Ganduje’s declaration that Ondo and Anambra states would face the same fate as Edo during upcoming governorship elections, the party’s Publicity Secretary, Kennedy Peretei, issued a statement in Akure asserting their resilience.

Peretei emphasized the importance of upholding democracy and accused Ganduje of confirming the election rigging with his remarks. He reminded Ganduje that the people of Ondo state cannot be intimidated and have a history of standing against electoral injustices.

The PDP in Ondo saluted the people of Edo for their courage during the previous election, despite alleged irregularities in the process. They also urged Ganduje to focus on addressing issues in his own state before attempting to influence elections in others.

The message is clear – Ondo PDP stands strong and resolute, ready to protect the will of the people in the face of any adversity.
