TEHRAN (Iran News) In a recent interview with Tasnim, Nasser Kanaani discussed the impact of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation on the strategic balance in Palestine and the region. He emphasized that this operation has shifted the regional equations in favor of Palestine and the resistance groups, challenging the perceived invincibility of the Israeli regime. Kanaani condemned the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza and called on the international community to intervene and stop the bloodshed immediately.
Furthermore, he revealed Iran’s diplomatic efforts to end the conflict, engaging in discussions with key regional and international players. Kanaani reiterated Iran’s unwavering support for the Palestinian nation and their right to self-determination.
Since October 2023, the casualties in Gaza have been devastating, with over 41,000 Palestinians killed and nearly 96,000 injured. The toll includes a high number of children, highlighting the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region.
