Tragic Incident: Man Arrested for Murdering Daughter in Kuajok
The police in the Warrap State capital, Kuajok, have made a shocking arrest after a man murdered his daughter in Block 13 of the Gumel suburb. Madut Wol, 70, was involved in a heated argument with his daughter over the weekend, resulting in him beating her to death with a thick stick.
Col. Andrea Santino Kuot, Director of the Crime Section in Kuajok, confirmed the arrest and ongoing investigations into the case. The suspect will be arraigned in court soon for the murder of his 40-year-old daughter, Anyong Madut Wol.
While addressing the issue of family violence, Col. Kuot emphasized the need for peaceful conflict resolution and urged individuals to report problems to the police. Kuajok Municipal Council Mayor, Solomon Mathuc, also expressed concerns over rising criminal activities in the town and highlighted the need for enhanced police presence to combat crimes like robberies on the roads.
