Welcome to BAKU, Azerbaijan! The Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan, Colonel General Ruslan Zhaksylykov, visited Azerbaijan on September 23 to participate in the prestigious 5th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition “ADEX.” This visit was made possible by an invitation from Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov.
