Israel bombards Lebanon as Hezbollah launches rocket attacks against Israel
The Israeli military intensified its air strikes against Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon, targeting various regions in the country simultaneously. The attacks were part of an ongoing conflict that has escalated in the past year.

Residents were urged to stay away from Hezbollah posts, as Israel identified intentions to fire on its territory. The airstrikes targeted towns along Lebanon’s southern border, causing smoke to rise in various villages.
Hezbollah and Israel continued to exchange fire, with Hezbollah vowing to fight on until a ceasefire is reached. The conflict, triggered by Hezbollah’s support for Palestinians in Gaza, has entered a new phase of open-ended battle.
Despite ongoing operations, the situation remains fragile, prompting concerns for a prolonged conflict in the region.
