Hezbollah denied Israel’s claims of killing their top leader Ali Karaki in an Israeli strike on Beirut. Despite reports, Hezbollah confirmed Karaki’s safety and wellness, announcing he had moved to a safe location.
Israeli forces carried out preemptive strikes in southern and eastern Lebanon, killing hundreds and causing injuries. In retaliation, Hezbollah launched long-range missile attacks towards Israel, targeting areas from the Golan Heights to Haifa.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu warned of “complicated days” ahead, with the possibility of Israel launching a ground operation in Lebanon. However, the current focus remains on the air campaign.
