Hezbollah Strikes Israeli Air Force Base in Retaliation for Attacks on Lebanon and Gaza

Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement recently launched a series of missile strikes against an Israeli air force base, marking its farthest-reaching attack on the occupied Palestinian territories since October. The base, located near Haifa, was targeted with Fadi-1 and Fadi-2 missiles, with ranges of 80 and 105 kilometers respectively. These strikes were part of ongoing retaliation against Israeli aggression on Lebanon, particularly in response to attacks on civilian areas following the Israeli war on Gaza.

In a show of support for the people of Gaza and Lebanese civilians affected by Israeli attacks, Hezbollah has vowed to defend its territory and respond forcefully to any further aggression. The recent attacks, including targeting of Hezbollah members, have escalated tensions in the region, with Hezbollah’s leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, warning of “tough retribution” for Israel’s actions.

Hezbollah’s history of successful defensive operations against Israel in 2000 and 2006 serves as a reminder of their strength and determination to protect Lebanon. As tensions continue to rise, the threat of further conflict looms, with Hezbollah prepared to defend its people and respond with full force if necessary.
