IDF hits 180 targets, dismantles launchers in S. Lebanon

Recent events along the northern border have escalated tensions between Israel and Lebanon, with approximately 90 projectiles launched from Lebanon into Israeli territory. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) responded by targeting launcher barrels and areas in southern Lebanon, aiming to dismantle Hezbollah’s capabilities.

Israeli Air Force Commander Maj. Gen. Tomer Bar emphasized the readiness of the Air Force, both defensively and offensively, during a situation assessment with senior commanders. This follows an airstrike in Beirut that eliminated several senior Hezbollah commanders.
