Israeli Airstrike on Gaza School: A War Crime
Palestinian resistance group Hamas has condemned the deadly Israeli airstrike on a school sheltering displaced civilians in Gaza City as a “war crime” carried out under US cover. The attack, which took place in the Zeitoun neighborhood, resulted in the death of at least 22 people, including 13 children and six women.
Hamas issued a statement denouncing the Israeli aggression and highlighting the violation of human values and international laws. The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor reported that Israel has targeted multiple schools sheltering displaced people in Gaza, resulting in the deaths of 267 Palestinians.
Despite calls for an immediate cease-fire, Israel has continued its offensive on Gaza, leading to the displacement of thousands of people and severe shortages of essential resources like food and medicine.
This brutal attack highlights the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the urgent need for international intervention to hold Israel accountable for its actions.
