In a recent poll of likely voters, former President Trump has higher favorability numbers compared to pop star Taylor Swift. The New York Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, and Siena College surveyed 2,436 likely voters nationwide, revealing that 44% view Swift favorably compared to 34% unfavorably. On the other hand, 47% of respondents view Trump favorably, with 51% having an unfavorable opinion.
Vice President Kamala Harris received a 48% favorable rating and a 49% unfavorable rating. The poll, conducted from Sept. 11 to 16, showed trends following Swift’s endorsement of the Harris-Walz campaign during the presidential debate.
Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Harris has sparked mixed reactions among voters, with party lines seemingly divided. 70% of Democrats view Swift favorably, compared to 41% of independents and only 23% of Republicans. While 60% of Republicans have an unfavorable view of Swift, only 11% of Democrats feel the same way.
