The Bloody Night in Qabatiya: Israeli Forces Kill 7 Palestinians
On a tragic Thursday evening, Israeli forces carried out a violent military offensive in the West Bank town of Qabatiya, leaving seven Palestinians dead and 11 others wounded. The offensive lasted for about 10 hours, with drone strikes targeting vehicles and children among the casualties.
The Palestinian Red Crescent retrieved the body of Shadi Sami Zakarneh from a bombed house, while three young men were shot dead on a besieged rooftop. The municipality denounced the killings as a “massacre,” highlighting the international community’s silence.
Meanwhile, the armed wing of the Palestinian Fatah faction confirmed the deaths of two senior commanders during the raid. The incident, deemed as a war crime by human rights organizations, sheds light on Israel’s ongoing violence in the region.
With similar attacks in other parts of the West Bank, the escalating conflict has resulted in numerous casualties. Despite calls for peace, the bloodshed continues as the world watches in silence.
