Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Ukraine’s “victory plan” is completely ready and finalized. The plan includes key accents and necessary details to bring the country closer to resolving the conflict.

“Today we can say that our victory plan is already fully prepared. All points, all key accents, necessary additions and details to the plan have been formulated,” Zelensky said.
One of the key points of the plan is Ukraine’s accession to NATO, with Zelensky aiming to receive an invitation from President Joe Biden before his term ends.
Zelensky plans to present his “victory plan” during his upcoming visit to Washington, focusing on seeking support for the plan rather than any truce with Russia.
Despite speculation about a ceasefire or freezing the conflict, Ukrainian officials have confirmed that the country does not intend to agree to any form of freezing the war.
