The United States has aligned with the most openly racist regime in Israel, as highlighted by the recent atrocities in Gaza.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s administration, backed by far-right extremists, has intensified violence against Palestinians. Since coming into power, Netanyahu’s government has received unwavering support from the Biden-Harris administration, showcasing a disturbing tolerance for the brutal treatment of Palestinians.
America’s historical support for Israel’s racist policies dates back to the country’s establishment in 1948, with a foundation built on ethnic cleansing and exclusion. The supremacist nature of Zionism, Israel’s national ideology, contributes to the ongoing oppression of native Palestinians.
The Biden administration’s continued aid and defense of Israel’s actions, despite egregious human rights violations and killings, point to a deep-rooted partnership built on racism and militarism. The world’s silence in the face of the atrocities in Gaza underscores the urgent need for global intervention.
