Tragedy struck in Balqa governorate as a man allegedly shot and killed his sister and mother, leaving another sibling critically injured. The shooting followed an argument within the family late Wednesday night, leading to the deaths of the mother and one daughter at the scene. The suspect attempted to flee the country but was apprehended by a social team before reaching the border.
An autopsy revealed that the mother received multiple bullet wounds to the head and chest, while the 23-year-old victim succumbed to a single bullet wound to the head. The 17-year-old sister is currently in stable condition at a government hospital.
