Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian congratulated Armenia on their Independence Day, highlighting the strong and stable ties between the two nations. He sent separate messages to Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, expressing hope for deeper relations in the future for the benefit of both peoples.
Pezeshkian noted that Iran was among the first countries to recognize Armenia’s independence, paving the way for good neighborly relations. He expressed happiness over the gradual development and progress in the relations between Iran and Armenia.
