Iran Denies US Election Interference Allegations
The Iranian mission has refuted recent claims by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) accusing Iran of interfering in the US presidential elections through hacking. In a statement issued on Wednesday, the mission declared these allegations as baseless and lacking credibility.
Denouncing any involvement in US electoral controversies, Iran stated it has no motive or intention to meddle in the election process. The mission urged the US government to present concrete evidence in a transparent manner to receive a proper response.
Furthermore, Iran warned that the continuous propagation of unfounded accusations will only diminish the credibility of those making them. This is not the first time Iran has denied such claims, as similar statements were issued in response to accusations of hacking presidential campaign information.
Iran remains steadfast in its denial of any interference in the US election and calls for a more evidence-based approach to resolve these unfounded allegations.
