Israel Continues Campaign Against Hezbollah on Northern Border

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant recently held consultations with IDF Chief of Staff LTG Herzi Halevi and other security officials to discuss ongoing operations against Hezbollah on the northern border. Gallant emphasized the importance of the current phase in the conflict, which presents both opportunities and risks.

Gallant stated that the Israeli military would continue its actions against Hezbollah to ensure the safe return of northern residents. Meanwhile, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah vowed to continue fighting until the war in Gaza ends and threatened a strong response if Israel initiates a ground operation in Lebanon.

Israel is preparing for a robust response and focusing efforts on the northern front to achieve its goals. There is also concern about potential Iranian involvement, following an attack that injured the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon.
