    Argentina’s Presidential Spokesman Manuel Adorni has been promoted to Minister. President Javier Milei aims to achieve a zero fiscal deficit while cutting down on government expenditures.

    Adorni now reports directly to Milei as head of the Communication and Media Secretariat, as per Decree 834/2024 published in the Official Gazette. This change in status also applies to other Secretariats within the Presidency.

    Adorni, a graduate economist with a background in journalism, has transitioned from a career in media to politics. His promotion to Ministerial rank signifies the importance of effective communication in the government’s agenda.
