The Minister of Education in Syria Discusses Cooperation with Pakistan
The Minister of Education in Syria, Dr. Mohammad Amer al-Mardini, met with the Pakistani Ambassador to Damascus, Shahid Akhtar, to explore ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in educational development between the two countries.
During the productive meeting at the ministry building in Damascus, Minister al-Mardini emphasized the ministry’s strategic plan to improve vocational education, skills development, and the reinforcement of educational and national values. He also highlighted the ongoing collaboration with the Pakistani School in Damascus across various areas.
The Pakistani ambassador emphasized the importance of educational cooperation and suggested establishing a training center in information technology in Homs city. He stressed the need to enhance human and educational values from an early age.
This meeting marks a significant step towards fostering educational collaboration between Syria and Pakistan.
