Sanaa condemns US interference in Yemen’s affairs – Yemen Press Agency

The Sanaa-based Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the interference of the American regime in Yemen’s internal affairs, labeling it as blatant and irresponsible. The ministry criticized the American envoy, Linder King, for showing hostility beyond diplomatic norms, deviating from his role as a neutral mediator.

The statement highlighted the envoy’s efforts to pressure Yemen to align with American policies that serve the Israeli occupation, linking peace talks to stopping support for Gaza. This interference, the ministry argued, aims to create internal conflict funded by external powers and deflect accountability for human rights violations.

Despite these provocations, the Sanaa government refused to engage with the American envoy or allow him to visit the capital. The ministry emphasized the need for genuine peace efforts free from external manipulation and coercion.
