The targeted attack occurred while the civil defense team was responding to a fire sparked by Israeli shelling, highlighting the dangers faced by humanitarian workers in conflict zones.
The mission urged Security Council member states to condemn these actions and take measures to ensure the protection of humanitarian personnel and facilities in the region.
