Israel Defenseless Against Iran’s Unexpected Attack: General

Iranian Army Deputy Chief Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari vowed to seek revenge for the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh by Israel. In an interview with CMG, he referenced a past operation that displayed Iran’s ability to harm the Zionist regime.

Despite pressure from Western governments to refrain from retaliation, Sayyari affirmed that Iran will respond to Haniyeh’s martyrdom. He emphasized the importance of choosing the right timing for their response, noting that Israel and its allies may not always be prepared for surprise strikes.

Haniyeh was killed in an Israeli operation in July, prompting Ayatollah Khamenei to warn of a “harsh response”. Sayyari highlighted the need for a prudent and discreet approach to seeking revenge, indicating that the timing of their retaliation will be strategic.

The tension between Iran and Israel continues to escalate, with Iran determined to avenge Haniyeh’s death. The world watches as Iran plans its next move in this ongoing conflict.
