Iranian Foreign Minister Condemns Israeli “Terrorist Attack” in Lebanon
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi denounced the “terrorist attack” by Israel in Lebanon, which resulted in casualties and injuries. In a phone call with the Lebanese counterpart, Araghchi expressed solidarity and offered assistance for the victims. He inquired about the condition of the Iranian Ambassador injured in the blast and thanked Lebanon for providing immediate medical care.
The Health Minister of Iran also expressed readiness to send medical aid to Lebanon following the attacks. The Red Crescent Society confirmed preparedness to dispatch emergency medical teams to assist in transferring the injured to Iranian hospitals for specialized treatment.
Preliminary investigations suggest the blasts were a result of a remote cyber attack by Israel. Hezbollah holds Israel responsible and vows to support Palestinian resistance. The aggressors will face consequences for their actions.
Iran stands firm in condemning the attack and extending support to Lebanon during this difficult time.
