Minister of Rural Development and Food Kostas Tsiaras introduced four measures aimed at boosting the primary sector, as announced by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis at the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF).
The goal of these measures is to reduce production costs in the primary sector, promote external trade, and enhance Greece’s production capacity while eliminating past obstacles. The ministry aims to increase domestic product consumption, ramp up exports of competitive products, create more jobs in the primary sector, focus on high-value agricultural products, and enhance the image of Greek goods.
