to be charged under tough new laws aimed at adults who push kids into crime.
The 34-year-old from Devon Park was arrested along with two accused child burglars, aged only 16 and 12, following a series of robberies that were caught on camera.
One of the robberies occurred around 1 am on Sunday when three hooded figures tried to break into the Mitchell Park Pharmacy.
Two of them climbed over the counter, targeting the cash register and dispensary for a quick theft. The trio is also connected to a robbery at the Terry White Chemmart later that day.
Police expressed disbelief at the involvement of such young children in crime and are now examining the newly implemented laws that carry strict penalties for adults exploiting children in this manner.
The trio was denied bail.
