The Senate Armed Services Committee is gearing up for a new hearing to enhance the credibility of the Pentagon’s division responsible for investigating unidentified flying objects, as per a senior lawmaker.
The All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) was established in July 2022 with the assistance of Senator Kirsten Gillibrand from New York. She shared with the Daily Mail that she is working towards scheduling a hearing in the coming weeks.
Gillibrand emphasized the importance of making information publicly available and mentioned that the hearing aims to provide a progress report on the assessment and analysis of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), along with examples of identified and unidentified cases.
The hearing is expected to restore public trust in AARO, especially following recent military whistleblower claims about the government concealing potential alien encounters.
In response to a recent UFO sighting near Montana, the announcement of the hearing is timely. The witness described a massive object with blinking lights, dismissing suggestions that it could be Elon Musk’s Starlink satellites.
