Hyderabad has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing real estate markets, with a 49% growth in housing sales in 2023. The city recorded a five-year high in housing sales value in the first half of 2024, totaling Rs 58,481 crore. In June 2024, residential property sales alone reached Rs 4288 crore.
The demand for office space is also on the rise, fueled by sectors like BFSI and IT. The city’s favorable business environment, driven by growing FDI and IT exports, has attracted both domestic and international investors.
With positive policies in place and increasing customer trust, Hyderabad is set to add over 1.3 lakh housing units in the coming years, driving significant property sales revenue. The city’s real estate sector remains a lucrative destination for developers and investors.
