Only God gives power, says Opunabo, as he agrees Ogoni should produce the next Governor after Fubara
Former Special Adviser on Media to ex-Governor Nyesom Wike, Opunabo Inkor Tariah, believes Governor Siminalayi Fubara will secure a second term in 2027 due to his mass-oriented projects across Rivers State. Opunabo emphasized that power comes from God and asserted that Fubara’s reelection bid cannot be stopped.
Opunabo criticized Wike’s claims of Fubara being lawless and not following the peace accord, stating that the agreement favored Wike’s interests over the state’s. Despite tensions between Wike and Fubara, Opunabo believes Fubara’s bid for a second term is unstoppable, and Ogoni should produce the next Governor after Fubara.
With Opunabo’s insights and confidence in Fubara’s leadership, the political landscape in Rivers State seems set for an interesting and eventful 2027 election. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
